Enquiring about works not listed in our online shop

Our online shop features a wide selection of contemporary works priced under £2500. Please visit the exhibitions and fairs page for individual catalogues which feature the full range of works available from each of our exhibitions, including paintings and sculpture.

Despatch times

The majority of the works listed in our online shop are stored at our gallery and will be despatched within three working days of purchase. Some limited edition prints are printed to order which could take up to seven working days. Please contact us if you need your purchase quickly.

Shipping - unframed works and small framed works

Works purchased within the UK are sent using Royal Mail’s special delivery next day tracked service. Works are packed at the gallery and taken to the post office by hand. We charge a flat rate of £30 for packing and posting of all unframed works and £45 for small framed works. Unframed works are packed flat in double-wall card, or, if appropriate, rolled into a strong tube. You will be notified when your package is despatched and somebody will need to be home to sign for it when it is delivered.

Works purchased from outside the UK are sent using DHL or UPS; we charge a flat rate of £50 for packing and shipping of unframed works and £65 for small framed works. Unframed works are packed flat, or rolled in a tube if large. Works are packed at the gallery and collected by the courier; we do not use drop-off services. Please note that any import customs duties or fees are charged directly to the recipient by the courier. 

We highly recommend that you do not unpack unframed works before they reach the framer to avoid unnecessary handling.

Shipping - framed works with an ‘enquire’ button

There are a small number of larger, heavier works in our online shop that we do not offer flat rates for postage and packing for. Please click ‘Enquire’ and when we receive your enquiry we will reserve the work for you whilst we obtain a transportation quote based on the weight of the packed work and the delivery address.

Returns

Please note that due to the nature of the works that we sell we are unable to accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges. If, in the very unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged package and its contents and contact us immediately. 

Viewing appointments

Personal viewing appointments of works can be arranged at Oliver Projects Gallery in East Dulwich. Please contact us to enquire. 

Pricing

We believe in clear, transparent pricing. The vast majority of the works in our online shop are priced framed or unframed as indicated, and if applicable, VAT is included in the price.

Occasionally, a work in our online shop may be listed as POA (price upon application). Please click ‘Enquire’ if you are interested in one of these works.

Payment by instalment

We are usually able to offer interest-free payment by instalment for works. Please ask us for details.

Framing & display

Works are sold unframed and framed as indicated. We are very happy to recommend framers or assist with framing wherever possible. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. 

It is recommended that all works on paper are displayed away from direct sunlight. Please ask your framer for advice on UV protective and non-reflective glass and hanging your work safely.
