R&F Mo, Bear Hut, 2024 (framed)
Monoprint and mixed media, 25 × 24cm
R&F Mo’s multi-faceted practice explores connections between the seen, the sensed and the dreamed. Playful and otherworldly, Mo’s paintings, works on paper, and theatrical enactments often feature ‘the Woanderer’, a unique, horse-headed creature that navigates imaginary landscapes whilst exploring the notion of identity.
Many of the mono-printed areas in these new compositions have been hand-printed directly from textured fabric such as lace, ensuring that no two works are the same. This composition is one of three small-scale unique works, each featuring a tartan ribbon-lined open door, revealing the hut’s occupant. It is framed in ash with a white stain and lime wax using anti-reflective, 70% UV resistant glass.
Purchased works are usually despatched within three working days.
