R&F Mo, Here Comes the Kettle, 2021 (framed)

£595.00

Gouache and watercolour on cardboard, 26 x 36cm

R&F Mo’s multi-faceted practice explores connections between the seen, the sensed and the dreamed. Playful and otherworldly, Mo’s paintings, works on paper, and theatrical enactments often feature ‘the Woanderer’, a unique, horse-headed creature that navigates imaginary landscapes whilst exploring the notion of identity.

This framed painting on cardboard, exhibited in our ‘Escape Routes’ group show, features several of Mo’s fantastical characters going about their business. Cardboard is a favourite material of Mo’s; ‘I like working on cardboard because its material informality allows me to relax when I do my pictures - I drop into a zone when I make them’.

Purchased works are usually despatched within three working days.
