Linocut, 25 x 28cm, edition of 3

R&F Mo’s multi-faceted practice explores connections between the seen, the sensed and the dreamed. Playful and otherworldly, Mo’s paintings, works on paper, and theatrical enactments often feature ‘the Woanderer’, a unique, horse-headed creature that navigates imaginary landscapes whilst exploring the notion of identity.

This unframed linocut is typical of Mo’s vibrant imagery which explores interactions between human and alien characters in dreamlike scenarios. In the artist’s words: 'There’s always an element of surprise when you make a print – even though you might have made sketches and colour tests beforehand, you never quite know what you will face when you peel the paper off the plate. I’m fascinated by the gestures of animals – their attitudes and delightful expressions - and I hope these new prints contain some of their ‘umwelt’ and enchantment.

Purchased works are usually despatched within three working days.
