Suzanne Moxhay, Entrance VI, 2017 (framed)
Archival pigment print, edition of 40, 42 × 52cm
Suzanne Moxhay’s complex images use archival or newly-taken photographs as their starting point. Combining a variety of low and high-tech techniques, her digital photomontages and etchings explore interior and exterior spaces that, in the artist’s words, ‘feel as though they have broken down and perhaps been re-claimed’.
This framed limited edition print is part of an ongoing series of works which take an open door as the subject. The viewer is left wondering whether somebody has just left - or is about to arrive through- this entrance.
Purchased works usually are packed and despatched within three working days.
